SEPTEMBER 2017 - AVIARY VISIT TO HOLLAND STUD

This months meeting saw us pay a visit to the successful champion stud of Steve & Michael Holland. Steve and Michael have been breeding and showing budgerigars for many years and have enjoyed many successes on the show bench. There was a good turnout of members to look around the vast areas of their array of flight rooms , stock rooms and breeding rooms containing some very useful birds indeed. Snacks and drinks were provided and gladly welcomed. We even welcomed along a new member this evening who really enjoyed the visit and I'm sure took away several ideas to implement in his own birdroom.
